HomeRun demonstration sessions

You may have heard about the HomeRun app.
As well as enabling journey sharing and independent travel for pupils, and providing a free messaging and news-feed facility it can provide useful data for your school travel plan.
With an up-to-date travel plan, you can apply for assistance through our Taking Action on School Journeys Challenge (TAOSJ) for measures to support active and more sustainable modes of travel such as walking, scooting, cycling and park-and-stride. So that you can see at first hand how the app works and what it can offer your school, we plan to run a demonstration session later this term.
The potential dates, all at 11am for 1 hour, are:
- 29 June 2022
- 1 July 2022
- 5 July 2022
- 6 July 2022
This will include plenty of time for questions.
If you are interested, please email ruth.durrant@wiltshire.gov.uk stating which dates suit you and also if you would be attending in person (County Hall Trowbridge) or would prefer to attend remotely using Microsoft Teams.
