The Talk About Trust - Secondary school resources

The Talk About Trust is a youth charity that supports children and young people to stay safer around alcohol and other substances across the UK. It provides resources and training for teachers and youth professionals, support and advice for parents and carers and interactive games, websites and information for young people aged 11- 25. 

The following resources can be accessed by schools, youth clubs, sports clubs, SEN settings, children’s homes FREE of CHARGE. Related training and guidance can be provided from regionally based staff on how to use the resources. Please see below and email with any requests for hard copies of resources :

including laminated activity cards and the BAFTA-winning ‘Just a Few Drinks’ films. Thanks to grant funding, this is free of charge for those working with pupils SEN or more vulnerable young people.

There are also lessons for Years 10/11 that cover vaping and cannabis and for 6th formers preparing them for gap years, leaving school and heading to university – workshops can be delivered directly to pupils – please plan well ahead.
