The 2025 Ofsted framework places further emphasis on personal development and wellbeing.

Wellbeing now has its own expanded focus, reviewing how schools nurture pupils’ emotional health and social development.

Engagement in the 2026 Health and Wellbeing Survey (Jan 5 to Feb 6) will give you valuable insight and school based reports to inform development plans.
