Junior Good Citizen in Wiltshire

Thursday 24th June 2021

As Junior Good Citizen (JGC) is once again not able to take place on a face to face basis, this year Wiltshire Police have created a virtual recorded session with partner agencies coming together to provide valuable safety information for Year 6 leavers before their transition to secondary school. This year it will be a series of videos including support from:

  • Wiltshire Police – Digital Investigations
  • Wiltshire Police – Youth and Early Intervention
  • Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service
  • Wiltshire and Swindon Road Safety Partnership
  • Motiv8 and UTurn – Drug Awareness
  • British Transport Police

As the video is coming before the end of the Summer Term, we would like to invite Year 6 students to fill in our JGC pre-event survey from today; getting to know what their knowledge base is currently before the video is released to all primary schools across Wiltshire and Swindon.

The link to the survey has been sent to Wiltshire primary school head teachers.
