Wiltshire Public Health Awards 2016

Friday 22nd April 2016

Nominate your school.

Although the first round of nominations is closed - there are still a few days left for Wiltshire schools to nominate their own work.

The deadline is 27 April 2016.

For the full list of award categories and to find out how to nominate, please visit www.wiltshire.gov.uk/healthawards.htm

In 2014 over 190 nominations were received from across the county, celebrating the diversity and quality of work of the individuals, groups, organisations and businesses that help improve the health and wellbeing of our local communities.

Anyone that is helping people live healthier lives in Wiltshire can be nominated. Nominees might, for example, include drop-in and advice services, healthy workplace programmes, activities taking place in local schools. They may be run by a range of organisations including schools, pre-schools and colleges.

Schools could describe activities and achievements that have formed part of their Healthy Schools work, particularly at silver and gold level.

The awards ceremony will be held on 8 June 2016 at County Hall, Trowbridge.

We look forward to hearing about your achievements.
